Electrical Supervisor – HVAC | Melbourne SSA Recruitment

is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a robust HVAC background to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Melbourne.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who is looking to step into a supervisory role, utilising their electrical expertise and strong understanding of HVAC systems.
The Opportunity Working closely with a team of skilled HVAC technicians, you will take responsibility for overseeing electrical compliance and signing off technicians’ electrical certificates , ensuring work is completed safely, correctly and to the required standards.
This role would suit an experienced electrician who has a strong HVAC background and is confident providing technical guidance and oversight to a field-based team.





About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A qualified A-grade electrician licence
Robust experience within the HVAC industry
Previous experience supervising, overseeing or mentoring electrical/HVAC technicians
A solid understanding of electrical compliance, safety and industry standards
The ability and authority to sign off electrical certificates
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
The confidence to provide technical support and guidance to technicians in the field
