Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking an experienced WFM Systems Team Leader to own and optimise our workforce management, time and attendance, and payroll integration. You’ll manage a small team and shape the platform roadmap.

Initially you’ll take charge of the RosterOn setting while helping plan a major upgrade to a current WFM platform, collaborating with Payroll, IT and HR to ensure accuracy and compliance.
