OSW Group in Adelaide is seeking a State Operations 2IC to drive day-to-day warehouse excellence. You will assist the State Operations Manager, coordinate logistics, supervise staff and ensure compliance with WHS guidelines.

This role requires robust leadership, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Dropbox is preferred, plus a forklift licence and an open drivers licence.
