Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Patient Experience Officer for the Northern Beaches Hospital. The role focuses on transparent communication between patients, carers and clinical staff in the emergency department waiting area, helping to maintain a respectful and calm workplace while awaiting care.

The position is permanent full time, 38 hours per week, Admin Officer Level 6, with a weekly salary between $1,665.37 and $1,704.75 before tax.
