BMD is seeking an organised Administrator to support traffic bookings, permits and coordination for major motorway upgrades in Brisbane. The role is onsite with no work from home, and offers school-friendly or adaptable schedule for the right candidate.

You will coordinate bookings, prepare permits, liaise with traffic controllers and project teams, and maintain project documentation while supporting workforce planning and data entry. Prior experience in construction or logistics is valued.
