SONDA Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Civil Design Coordinator for land development projects in the south-east region. You will manage the civil, technical aspects of greenfield subdivisions from dirt to titled lots, liaising with consultants and authorities to keep programmes on track.

You should have a Civil Engineering degree and proven Victorian land development experience on the consultant side, with the ability to handle RFIs, juggle several projects and stay composed under pressure.
