SEDA College VIC in Melbourne seeks an IT Support Officer to provide first level IT helpdesk support for staff, students and parents. The role includes maintaining Azure/Entra/Intune, AD, Windows servers and end-user devices, with a focus on timely resolutions and service delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will work in a agile workplace with adaptable arrangements and a commitment to safety and equity in education. Previous school sector experience is advantageous.
