Kitchen Hand – Kentaro Omakase Kentaro is a premium Japanese omakase restaurant seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and enjoys working in a fast-paced fine dining setting.

You will assist with dishwashing, food preparation, cleaning, and supporting our chefs to ensure smooth daily operations.
