Lancemore Crossley St. is seeking a warm, proactive Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Melbourne. You will assist with check-in/out, respond to guest queries, and provide local knowledge on services and amenities, delivering authentic experiences in a boutique hotel setting.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with solid communication and multitasking abilities; RSA is preferred, and barista/bar experience is welcomed. This is a full time role located in Melbourne CBD.
