What Your Day Could Look Like:
In and out-of-office duties,



working alongside a large and experienced PM team
Leasing properties, including open homes and processing applications
Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections and completing reports
Managing maintenance and coordinating trades
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Building strong relationships with tenants and owners
Using the latest software and technology
Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team

What We’re Looking For:
Previous Real Estate experience
Current QLD Certificate of Registration/Licence
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and autonomously
A proactive, reliable and positive attitude
