Outstanding Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority is seeking a energetic Workforce Capability Manager to lead workforce planning, HR metrics, learning and development, and talent and succession activities. This senior role within People Services partners to deliver the Reef Authority’s Strategic Workforce Plan and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee LMS, entry-level programs including the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program, and design cutting-edge training solutions with senior management.
