About the role

Transcape Enterprises is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our established, award-winning team. With more than 35 years of experience in the landscaping and revegetation industry, we deliver high-quality commercial landscaping projects throughout North Queensland. This is a secure, long-term opportunity offering a diverse range of projects and the chance to work with an industry leader.

Key responsibilities
Supervising and coordinating landscaping and revegetation projects
Leading teams to achieve safe, effective, and high-quality results
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
Liaising with clients and site representatives
Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved
Supervising and maintaining machinery, tools, and equipment
Completing general landscaping duties as required
Ordering materials and managing site resources
Maintaining explicit communication with staff and management
Completing daily paperwork, reporting, and documentation

About you




Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven experience supervising landscaping or related works
The ability to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines
A positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude
A current driver's licence (essential)
A White Card (essential)
Trade experience in landscaping, carpentry, concreting, bricklaying, or civil works (preferred)
Truck licence (advantageous)
Excavator and Bobcat experience (advantageous)
