GTM Engineer - Sydney - 4 Days in Office - $100-$130k Base

Our client is a high-growth, purpose-led Australian tech platform operating across five countries, with sales teams in Sydney, the US and the UK.

About the role

Our client wants someone who treats "how do we win more customers" as an engineering problem. You'll be handed the goal and the context, and the method is up to you. Reporting to their Head of Growth, you'll be pointed at whichever problem has the most value behind it.

Make their B2B sales team measurably more effective
Build the systems behind lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring and routing
Own the reporting their sales team steers on: pipeline health, conversion and rep performance
Automate manual workflows so reps spend more time with customers
Build and iterate outbound tooling: targeting, sequencing and personalisation

Acquire and convert customers faster
Design, run and measure acquisition experiments across organic, paid and emerging channels
Ship what experiments need yourself: landing pages, tracking, integrations
Use their CRM and customer data to find the segments worth chasing

Side projects




Test how their marketplace can drive repeat usage and recent customer acquisition
Find practical ways to grow their visibility across SEO and AI search (AEO)
