What You'll Do
Provide onsite and remote IT support to colleagues across Australia
Administer

Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
Support end-user devices, hardware, software, networks, printers and workplace technology
Manage user accounts, access requests and device provisioning
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through the IT Service Desk
Maintain accurate asset and support documentation
Contribute to technology projects, rollouts and service improvements
Support IT operations in line with ISO 27001 and security best practices

What We're Looking For

Essential
Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk role
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Microsoft Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
Solid troubleshooting and technical support skills
Experience using IT Service Desk platforms
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Desirable




Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security practices
Experience supporting SharePoint, AV equipment, wireless networks or endpoint security tools
Experience working across multiple countries and time zones
Exposure to technology deployments and service improvement projects
