We’re looking for a proactive Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys building strong relationships, providing practical advice and supporting managers through the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work as part of a cooperative corporate HR team and play a key role in delivering consistent, compliant and people‑focused HR support.

What you’ll be doing
Partnering with leaders to provide coaching and guidance across performance, employee relations and workplace matters
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
Assisting with investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes
Preparing contracts, variations and employee documentation
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with legislation, Awards and internal policies
Contributing to HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and workforce reporting
Promoting safe, inclusive and psychologically healthy workplaces




Building trusted relationships with employees and managers across multiple business units

What you’ll bring
Experience in a HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or generalist HR role
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Awards
Experience across recruitment, onboarding, ER and performance management
Confident communication skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholders
High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
