We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Banking Branch Trainee to join our client in East Gippsland. This full-time traineeship offers the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Financial Services.

About the Role

As part of a supportive branch team, you will develop practical skills and experience across a range of banking and customer service activities, including:
Assisting customers with their everyday banking needs
Responding to customer enquiries and providing outstanding service
Building strong relationships with customers
Learning about banking products and services
Assisting with customer requests and resolving issues
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch
Identifying opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services

About You To be successful in this role, you will be:
Friendly, skilled and customer focused
A confident communicator with solid interpersonal skills
Reliable, motivated and eager to learn




Interested in developing a long-term career in banking or financial services
Available to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Previous customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential.
