About the role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join a cooperative and people-focused Real Estate organisation. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding and employee inductions
Preparing employment agreements, policies and HR documentation
Supporting employee movements, performance management and exits
Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers
Coordinating training, employee development and reward initiatives
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR reporting
Supporting workplace health and safety requirements
Contributing to HR projects and process improvement
Staying up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice





About you
A Certificate IV or higher in HR, Business, Psychology, Employment Law or a related field
2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Coordination or Recruitment
Robust communication, organisation and time-management skills
A sound understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
A proactive, cooperative and solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and follow-through
Experience with HRIS, recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
