HR Coordinator – Temporary $40–$45 per hour + super | North Parramatta | Parking onsite | Immediate Start We’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis, providing hands-on operational support across multiple divisions.

Working within a high-volume, quick-paced environment , you’ll operate as a floater across the HR team, stepping in where needed and ensuring day-to-day HR activities are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

The role Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Letters of Offer and processing employee change requests
Maintaining HR trackers and ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Managing electronic employee filing and HR documentation
Preparing and distributing probation reminders and coordinating exit interviews
Supporting recurring HR administration and employee lifecycle activities
Assisting with HR reporting and ad hoc requests
Providing broader support across the HR team as priorities and workloads shift
Ensuring HR processes and tasks are completed accurately and within agreed SLAs





About you You’ll be an experienced HR Coordinator who is comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.

You’ll bring
Previous experience supporting a quick-paced HR function
Robust HR administration and employee lifecycle experience
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes
A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in where required
Confidence working with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
