About the role

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Iron Monk Fitness, Moorabbin VIC 3189. You will own your own client portfolio, write programs, assess how clients move and deliver real body composition results. You will lead the coaching floor, set the standard, develop our coaches and keep every semi private session on time and on method.

About you
Outstanding understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise programming and progression
Coaching movement in a semi private setting
Great energy and outstanding communicator
Can hold a room




Coachable and hungry to learn
Takes feedback well
Manages people, time and clients well
Leads by example
Cert III and IV in Fitness or higher
At least 2 years coaching experience
Current First Aid and CPR
Working with Children Check
