HR Advisor | Rhodes | Permanent Full-Time | $90,000 + Super

About the chance

Step into a diverse HR Advisor role within a team-oriented People & Culture team in Rhodes. You'll be the trusted first point of contact for team members across the employee lifecycle, while helping shape the learning, engagement, and culture initiatives that make the workplace better.

It's a permanent, full-time role paying $90,000 + super, with real flexibility: work from home up to four days a week, with just one day in the office (onsite parking included).

What you'll do
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, offboarding, and team member movements
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
Maintain the HRIS and support payroll with accurate, timely data
Respond to team member queries, escalating complex matters to the P&C; Manager
Help ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and the National Employment Standards, and assist with policy development and review
Support performance management, probation reviews, and compliance audits




Lead the coordination of L&D; activities and help design and facilitate small group sessions
Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives, including leading working groups
Prepare data for HR reporting, dashboards, and summaries that inform decision-making
Support strategic people projects and champion a positive, inclusive culture

About you
Degree qualifications in HR, business, or a similar field (or currently studying)
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or a senior HR generalist position within a diverse organisation
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a practical, service-minded approach to HR
