Finance Officer (Part-Time)

Part time | 30 Hours per Week

$38.00 - $41.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and supplier payments
Accounts receivable and debtor management
Payroll administration support and superannuation processing
Bank, balance sheet and account reconciliations
Month-end processing and reporting support
BAS, IAS and payroll tax preparation and lodgement




Maintaining accurate financial records and compliance requirements
Assisting with cash flow monitoring and financial administration

About You
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and reconciliations
Sound understanding of BAS, IAS, superannuation and payroll tax
Experience using Xero
Robust Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications
Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping or accounting role
