HCE is seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators for an immediate start on a major TMR road construction project located in Central QLD. This is an prospect to join a reputable civil contractor delivering critical infrastructure works in the Central Queensland region. The successful candidate will have proven experience operating final trim graders to a high standard, a strong understanding of GPS and UTS machine control systems, and a commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Operate graders safely and efficiently
Complete final trim, stabilisation, and earthworks to project specifications
Utilise GPS and UTS machine control systems to achieve accurate results
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
Work collaboratively with site crews to meet project deadlines
Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a protected work workplace
Read and interpret plans, levels, and project requirements
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy
About you
Proven experience operating graders with stabilisation work
Strong attention to detail and safety focus
RII Grader & Excavator ticket
Construction white/blue card
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
