The Mount Moriac Hotel is looking for a reliable and motivated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team on a full time basis, working 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a excellent guest experience.
Oversee daily operations, opening and closing procedures.
Assist with staff training and development.
Manage bookings, customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Support management to ensure smooth and productive service.

About You:
Must have previous hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable,



organised and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Reliable way to and from employement.
Current Victorian RSA certificate.
