Synergie is seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to support and grow our brand-recent Brisbane operation based in North Brisbane. This is a prime chance to shape a branch from the ground up and capitalise on our existing foundations.

You'll lead recruitment delivery and workforce coordination across key accounts, mentor a small team of consultants, conduct regular client visits, maintain stakeholder relationships, and drive branch growth in a fast-paced labour hire workplace.
