About the role
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
Painting and plastering
Lock repairs and replacements
Door hanging
Basic carpentry and deck repairs
Tiling
Window, flyscreen or blind repairs
General property maintenance which varies widely in scope
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or building repairs
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid manual driver’s licence
Physical fitness and safety awareness
Strong communication skills
Ability to work solo or in a team
Positive work ethic
Transparent Police Check (or ability to obtain)
