About the Role

As a Home Support Worker, you’ll provide in-home support that helps older people maintain independence, wellbeing, and social connection. You’ll assist with daily activities, promote comfort and safety, and make a genuine difference every day. Ideally you will be working in the local region you reside in.

What we are looking for
Compassionate, respectful, and engaging with older people
Able to read and interpret client support plans
Available to work 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
Reliable, registered vehicle to travel between clients’ homes, including transporting clients with mobility challenges

Essential Qualifications and Checks
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Clearance (Aged Care)
Current driver’s licence
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
