About the role

We are building our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capability across ANZ. As IBP Manager, you will run the IBP and S&OP; cycle, from demand review through to the executive S&OP; decision. You will work with Sales, Finance, Operations and the plants, and report to the Planning & Inventory Manager.

What you will do
Run the monthly IBP and S&OP; cycle across demand, supply and finance
Lead demand and supply reviews and drive decisions and actions
Use Kinaxis and data analysis to build scenarios and recommendations




Improve forecast accuracy and alignment between Sales, Marketing and Operations
Build IBP capability in the ANZ team

What you need to bring
Experience running IBP or S&OP; in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution business
Experience with an advanced planning system (Kinaxis preferred)
Robust analytical skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
