FRUIT FARM PRODUCTION WORKER Key Responsibilities - Plant, cultivate, and maintain fruit crops to support healthy and productive growth.
Prepare soil, planting areas, and farm workspaces for crop production.
Prune, thin, and care for fruit trees and plants as required.
Pick and harvest fruits carefully at the appropriate stage of maturity.
Sort, grade, and pack harvested fruit according to quality and production standards.
Load, move, and organise harvested produce, boxes, tools, and farm materials.
Assist with irrigation, fertilising, weeding, and general farm maintenance activities.
Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow workplace health, safety, hygiene, and farm procedures.
Work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Maintain clean, organised, and secure work areas.
Identify and report damaged crops, equipment problems, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors.




Work cooperatively with supervisors and other farm workers to meet daily production targets.
Perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to quality and safety.

Key Skills and Requirements - Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive farm work.
Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and responsible.
Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to changing weather conditions.
Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to handle produce carefully and maintain quality standards.
Willingness to learn farm production methods, tools, and equipment.
Previous agricultural or farm experience is an advantage but not essential.
