We are seeking experienced Vessel Masters and Deckhands to join our marine operations in Fremantle and the North West.

We are looking for safety-focused mariners with robust practical skills, a professional approach and a commitment to working as part of a high-performing crew.

Vessel Master

Key responsibilities and experience
Highly competent in vessel handling
Strong harbour towage experience
Ability to operate safely in changing marine settings
Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach
Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet company and project reporting requirements

Master Minimum Requirements
AMSA <24m NC
AMSA MED 2
Current AMSA Medical
Current Senior First Aid
CoST or ESS

Deckhand (Minimum 2 years' experience)
Confident undertaking tow setups and general deck operations




Experience with vessel dogging operations
Commitment to maintaining vessel cleanliness, presentation and deck readiness
Robust safety awareness
Willingness to learn and contribute to the crew
Previous exposure to towage operations is highly regarded

Current Senior First Aid
HRWL | DG, CV (desired)
