METFAB is a well established Company in the manufacturing industry and is currently seeking to fill the position of Fabricator/Sheetmetal Worker. We are seeking a proactive individual with the ability to work unsupervised. The pre-requisites of the role are as follows:
Essential Requirements:
Must be able to Tig/Mig Weld
Stainless Steel Fabrication required
Ability to operate various machines including guillotine/press brake
Ability to read and interpret drawings
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Light to heavy fabrication
Ability to work versatile schedule (including some Saturdays)
Ability to complete schedule work on time,
within planned hours whilst maintaining a high standard and quality of work
Manage quality control of allocated jobs
The following skill set will further enhance your application:
Fork Lift Licence (but not essential)
White Card
Car Licence essential
Comprehensive understanding of the written and spoken English is essential
Ability to start as soon as possible
About the position:
Package negotiable and will be aligned with applicants experience
Working hours - Monday to Friday - 7.00 am to 3.30 pm
Overtime available
Some work clothing supplied
Fully air conditioned factory
