Role details The Theatre Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Enrolled Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your chance To provide direct and indirect evidence-based patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, using contemporary nursing theory and practice within the Operating Theatre and Central Sterilising Department.

About The Team The Operating Theatres at Mackay Base Hospital is a 24-hour, seven day a week facility,



comprising of seven state of the art operating theatres which cater for surgical specialities including: Orthopaedic, General Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Ear Nose & Throat.

About Our Hospital And Health Service Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,500 staff.
