About the role

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to extend to full-time. The role combines early childhood education with cooking experience, working directly with children in a high-quality early learning centre.

Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality care, supervision, and support directly to children, ensuring their routine and developmental needs are met
Actively participate in planning, implementing, and documenting educational programs
Prepare and serve healthy, safe meals and snacks for children, utilising your cooking experience
Uphold the centre's policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
Work effectively as a reliable team player to maintain a secure, clean, and harmonious environment

About you
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience cooking in a commercial or childcare workplace
Valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis,



and Asthma certification
Excellent attendance record and deep commitment to the role
Genuine desire to learn, grow professionally, and contribute positively to the team
