We offer sophisticated casual dining with a European influence, 7 days per week for breakfast and lunch. Dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights.
The position
We're looking for a chef to join our team.
Key responsibilities
Being able to produce the highest quality of food at all times
A hands-on approach work ethic, eye for detail and a can-do attitude
Be able to multitask with an ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure - time management is essential
Competency in managing and running a smooth and organised service
Compliance with the Food Act and Food Safety Standards
Maintain an effective communication channel between yourself and the front of house team
Be honest and reliable with a positive and enthusiastic approach to service excellence
Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
