/n About Us /n /n IQPC has been providing phenomenal IT support to Perth businesses of most types and sizes for over 30 years. Robust growth over the last 5 years means we are constantly on the lookout for current staff. That’s where you come in! /n /n Your Role /n /n Our customer service team is the “glue” between our customers and our IT Support Engineers.

Your general duties will include: /n /n /n
Responding to customer support enquiries via phone and email

/n
Triaging new support tickets and directing them to the appropriate team

/n
Maintaining staff calendars, CRM and ticket management system

/n /n /n You will also work with our Service Coordinators to assist with the following: /n /n /n
Booking/scheduling/rostering of IT Support Engineers

/n
Monitoring Support Engineer’s progress throughout the day

/n
Coordinating and redeploying resources to respond to emergencies

/n
Communicating with customers, help desk and field engineers

/n




Supporting and mentoring current team members

/n
Anything that may ruin an otherwise perfectly planned out day!

/n /n /n About You /n /n You are a customer service superstar, LOVE helping people and get a kick out of making their day! You are also reliable, highly organised and pay incredible attention to detail.

You must have: /n /n /n
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role

/n
Some IT knowledge or industry experience preferred but not essential

/n
Great MS Office and typing skills

/n
Professional phone manner and caring attitude

/n
Fit, healthy and reliable!

/n
Currently reside in the Perth metro area with no relocation necessary
