Bracegirdle's is looking for an experienced Cook / Assistant Cook to join our café kitchen team. You'll help deliver consistently excellent food in a busy breakfast and lunch setting. We're looking for someone who is confident in the kitchen, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a friendly, supportive team.
Key responsibilities
Food preparation and cooking
Plating and presentation
Maintaining a clean, well organised kitchen
Following food safety and hygiene requirements
Assisting with stock preparation and kitchen organisation
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
Front of house confidence an advantage
About you
Experienced in a busy café, breakfast or brunch kitchen
Reliable, hardworking and organised
Confident working independently when required
A genuine team player
Passionate about producing outstanding food and maintaining high standards
