Recent changes within the business now present an exciting opportunity to join a market leading supplier for the role of Customer Service – Sales.

The role does involve service and support to a diverse customer base.

We are looking for a candidate that is reliable, can work as part of a team, has great attention to detail and excellent communication skills whilst also enjoying a challenge. A great work workplace and on the job training make this an opportunity not to be missed.

Key Responsibilities - OVERVIEW
Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
Address customer enquiries and order processing
Maintain accurate records of customer order placement
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work space and reception area




Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely and effective manner
Manage the smooth progress of sales orders from entry to delivery.
Provide sales and technical support to external sales staff
Support the movement of inventory between picking, packing, and shipping areas
Be aware of and strive to contribute to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
Work closely with the Operations Manager to implement and maintain business processes and drive continuous improvement

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
