Workfast is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join a reputable construction company in Bulla. This role offers well above award wages, lots of hours and overtime, and the chance for ongoing work in a supportive, safety-focused setting.

You will be working in a leading waste management, resource recovery and material production company.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operating dozers and compactors on construction sites
Following site instructions and operating machinery safely
Contributing to effective, high-quality project delivery
Shift options:
Night shift: 9:00pm – 6:30am
Day shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm

What You Need:
White Card
Dozer Ticket
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating machinery




Minimum 2 years’ experience on construction sites
PPE (personal protective equipment)
Solid work ethic and “can do” attitude
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
Drivers licence and own transport to site
