Hands-on experience supporting DevOps enterprise platforms, applications and infrastructure in production settings.
Robust practical experience writing and maintaining Python scripts for automation, operational support, monitoring and troubleshooting.
Knowledge or experience with MongoDB administration, database operations, troubleshooting, performance monitoring or developer support. Recent or previous experience is acceptable.
Experience using monitoring, logging and alerting tools to identify issues and maintain platform stability.
Ability to investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
Working knowledge of deployment pipelines, Git and release management processes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills across applications, platforms, scripts and database-related issues.
Ability to work with developers, infrastructure teams, database administrators and other technical stakeholders.
