Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role

Territory: CRANBOURNE and surrounds

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

Availability: Flexibility across Monday to Friday is highly regarded with Friday being essential.

We are also looking for a support merchandiser in Cranbourne. Approximately 10 hours per week(no guaranteed minimum hrs) .Flexibility across Monday to Friday is highly regarded with Friday being essential.

Key Responsibilities
Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
Pricing and ticketing compliance
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will have




Previous experience in Planogram/layouts in grocery/retail workplace is highly desirable
Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
