Market-competitive salary + Super/per An. Paid Weekly, with room for growth.

Chefs duties will include:
Planning menus and Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Establishing food and labor costs
Ordering food supplies
Discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
Enforcing hygiene regulations
Select and train staff

Cooks duties will include
Food preparation and sanitation
Cooking according to exact recipes and standards
Seasoning and portioning food
Proficiency with using cooking tools and equipment

Friendly positive work setting with an energetic, enthusiastic, and well-versed team is always guarantee. The skills (qualification) or experience required for the position
Certificate 4 in Commercial Cookery with minimum 2 years of experience in a quick paced kitchen
Ability to work weekends, public holidays and nights
Team player essential
