We are currently seeking a Professional Chef with a minimum of 7 years’ experience, specializing in Italian culinary traditions. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and respected establishment where quality, innovation, and authenticity are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
Support kitchen operations within a team of culinary professionals
Design and execute traditional and modern Italian menus
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high standards
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
Collaborate with management on seasonal menu development and cost control

Requirements
Proven experience (7 years) in professional kitchens, with a solid focus on Italian cuisine
Deep knowledge of Italian ingredients, cooking methods,



and regional specialties
Ability to support a kitchen team with professionalism and efficiency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus
Sponsorship available for the right candidate
