Qualifications & Experience
General construction industry induction training course (White Card)
Current TMI1 & TMI2 Traffic management qualification
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
Set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control schemes/signs.
Direct vehicles and pedestrian traffic around construction zones; ensuring the safety of construction workers and the general public.
Use a "Stop-Slow" sign, or maintain other similar traffic control signs and devices, to direct traffic, use of traffic lights when required.
Complete site checks and monitor traffic behaviour and/or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times.
Ability to be skilled and remain calm when interacting with members of the public.
