We’re looking for a passionate and reliable breakfast chef to join our team and help deliver our current breakfast menu, featuring Western favourites and Turkish-inspired dishes.

About the role
Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard
Manage kitchen preparation and service, keeping orders moving efficiently
Present every plate with care and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and follow food safety procedures
Monitor stock, assist with ordering and minimise food waste
Work closely with our team to create a welcoming breakfast experience

About you
Previous experience as a breakfast chef in a café or restaurant
Confident preparing eggs,



breakfast classics and brunch dishes
Able to manage a busy service while maintaining quality
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently and with a team
Available for early morning shifts and weekends
Experience with Turkish or Middle Eastern breakfast dishes is highly regarded
