About the role

Burleigh Beach Tower is looking for a reliable, diligent and active person for the role of casual Maintenance/Grounds Person for immediate start. The role is based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, working 5 days per week - Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 12.00pm, with availability required for weekends to cover extra shifts and to cover annual leave and sick leave if required.

Key responsibilities
Pool/Spa cleaning and maintenance
Lawn mowing
Gardening
Cleaning of common areas
Attending to apartment maintenance requirements

About you
Ability to work unsupervised
Take pride in your work
Attention to detail
Proactive
A level of fitness is required
