Role: Full-Time Assistant Chef (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Bulli Tops, NSW 2519

Altitude1148 is a fine dining restaurant located in the Southern Gateway Centre, which is 20 mins North from the Wollongong CBD at Bulli Tops. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part time Assistant Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a keen interest in both Australian seafood and Indian curries.

Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare and cook dishes according to our menu and standards
Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting




Solid attention to detail and a passion for cooking
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
The candidate is required to have their own transport as the venue is not accessible via public transport.
Food handling certification will be a bonus.
