Role Description The Building Supervisor is a full-time role. This role oversees day-to-day building operations, which include; liaising with contractors and clients, ordering materials, programming and cost control.

Qualifications




Strong supervisory skills with experience overseeing high end residential building operations or construction teams.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and occupational health and safety requirements.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple building tasks in a quick-paced setting.
Basic computer skills for using management systems, email, and documentation tools.
Previous experience in construction, building and supervision is highly beneficial.
Relevant trade qualification or certificate in building.
