Newmont Corporation is seeking a Lead, People Case Management to oversee a team handling Tier 2 Respect at Work investigations across Australia Asia Pacific. The role focuses on sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment and bullying within a large multinational setting.

Reporting to the Director, People Business Partner and Labour Relations, you will drive investigations, governance and improvements across diverse sites based in Brisbane or Perth, contributing to safer, compliant workplaces.
