We are a growing rental car company seeking a reliable and customer-focused Vehicle Operations Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and collect vehicles from customers in a qualified and timely manner.
Assist customers with rental agreements and vehicle handovers.
Support daily office activities, including basic administrative tasks.
Prepare, clean, maintain and present vehicles to company standards before customer collection.
Requirements:
Valid driver's licence.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently.
This is a wide-ranging role that combines customer service, vehicle maintenance and deliveris, and administrative support within a friendly and qualified team environment. Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
