About the role

Plan, develop, and coordinate advertising campaigns to promote products and services in line with client objectives. Advise clients on advertising and marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences and strengthen brand positioning.

Key responsibilities
Develop and organise advertising policies and campaigns that support sales objectives, build consumer awareness, and enhance brand visibility
Coordinate the creation and placement of advertising content across multiple media platforms, including print, outdoor, broadcast, digital, and social media, to maximise reach and engagement
Design and implement integrated campaigns that strategically position content and imagery to attract and engage audiences
Oversee media planning, buying, and scheduling to maximise campaign reach and cost-effectiveness
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and guide optimisation




Work closely with different teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality advertising execution aligned with TM MEDIA's marketing strategy

About you
Minimum 3 years of proven full time experience as an Advertising Specialist or in a similar role
At least a bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communication or a related field
Proven skills in conducting market research and consumer analysis
Experience in developing advertising proposals and implementing marketing strategies for diverse audiences
Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Redbook, WeChat, TikTok, etc.), and the relevant advertising policies
Ability to develop and execute advertising campaigns across multiple media (print, online, TV, radio, outdoor)
Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and visual communication to engage target audiences
Demonstrated English language proficiency
Fluent in Mandarin
