Gartner is seeking a Director of Conferences Marketing to drive commercial paid attendee success for Australia and Japan conferences. You will lead the ANZ and Japan conference marketing team, shape GTM strategy, and own revenue outcomes in collaboration with Program Management, Conference Operations, and CAS.

You will manage a high-performing marketing team, develop compelling value propositions, and optimize campaigns across channels to maximize registrations and attendee quality.
